ULTRASONIC CUT-TO-LENGTH MACHINE CTL-2000 UM

Cut to length machine - is a device used to cut materials (using mechanical or ultrasonic knife), both fabric knitted and nonwoven, with a roll width of up to 2000 [mm] and a length up to 50m.

The diameter of the material roll cannot exceed 700mm and. Machine also allows visual inspection of the cut pieces. The machine consists of two parts. The unwrapping part consists of two non-driven expansion shafts supported on bearing holders mounted on a steel frame. The working part consists of a steel top with a drive roller placed under the top and a pneumatic lifetable roller.

The set of these two rollers is the actual drive for the unwinding and moving the material. Right behind the drive rollers there is a clamp, also lifted pneumatically.

When the material is fed, the bar is raised and is pressed after the drive rollers finished moving the piece, just before the cutting starts.

The cut-off form is placed on the transverse swing beam (hanger). Hanging of the materials can be done "alternately", that means that every other cut piece is flipped. Or one can switch the machine to hang each piece on the traverse beam same side.
