Creasing machine - is a device used for bending cardboard sheets, which are marked in places where the cardboard is pre-bent.
The thickness of the cardboard sheet - about 0.5mm. The number of sheets stacked on the feeder - 600 pcs. The maximum stack height is 295mm.
The machine consists of a welded and bolted steel frame. A pneumatic cylinder is attached to the frame, which exerts pressure on a sheet of cardboard through a punch attached to the handle.
The handle is mounted on guides with linear bearings. The worktop consists of an aluminum plate mounted on a steel base. In the lower part of the countertop there is a set of pneumatic cylinders, extending two side pressure strips.
The slats are mounted on linear guides and have mounting sockets for screwing side steel clamps. The stamp and clamps are replaceable elements, adjusted to the size of the sheet creases.
