The machine is based on WK-1 roller blinds inspection hoist. It is used to measure and cut textile materials to the desired length. The material is attached with clips to the upper bar which can be raised to the desired height via the foot control system. The material is cut with the manual end cutter OT-1/R (with long handle). The end cutter is mounted on the movable lower bar. The lower bar has a range of motion within ~ 230-700 mm. The lower arm moves with the help of an electric motor and a screw mechanism. Thanks to this solution it is possible to precisely set the length of the cut material. The lower bar is controlled by a manual switch. In addition, the lower arm has a manual fabric clamp.

NOTE: it is not possible to move the lower and upper bar at the same time.
